Rift, How do i start subscription?

bought the game, installed it. tried to login says (you are not authozired to play this game) i ume this is because im not on their subscription plan yet. ive tried everything my Credit card details are on their page ive looked everywhere for this. it says you can buy the game from retailers around your area (which i did) and now i am clueless on subscribing. help please 10 pts
