You don't say how old are you now but I'm guessing a couple of years, anyways if that means that much to you both I'll suggest you to wait for friend 1 (Sat app) if by then you can't get your tattoos done for X reason, the suggest friend 1 to go to friend's 2 cousin who's for what can I perceive has a "more open" schedule
