Do you think a coalition of tribal groups can overthrow and replace a centralized Libyan government?

They by themselves no. But they can be a turning point in the road,or a road block. The rebels need to work with the different tribes,and get them on their side or they will have a tougher row to hoe.They(tribal leaders) are in negotiations with the rebels as we speak,tomorrow should give us a better picture.
