Need help deciding on a Science Fair Topic?

I need a science fair/project topic that is NOT biology, hopefully about chemistry, and fit for a high schooler. Also, there needs to be a problem, none of the 'Can I make a volcano? stuff.' Something like the effect of plants on paper chromotography...except I can't use that. :( Please help! I need a topic ASAP.
