Who's fault is the Lending nightmare? Consumers, Lenders or Lawmakers?

It is everyone's fault. It is the Federal government's fault for deregulation and under Clinton pushing loans on people. It is the lenders fault for offering high risk loans like you described. Finally, it is the people who signed on the dotted line not knowing any better.
