What does "Use less soap, save the planet" mean?

It probably means that you use water with soap, and that it saves water the less soap you use. I am going to look it up. Also, too much soap can cause your appliances not to rinse it off effectively and build up in your dishwasher or washer and ruin them. Washing powder has chemicals in it which can affect you if you breathe it. Save more, use less.
