I fight with my husband constantly, in front of my 3 1/2 yr old, what should I do?

I feel like I hate him most of the time. We haven't had in like 3 years...he repulses me. I kick him out almost, well, at least twice a week or MORE. it seems. I ALWAYS take him back the very next day because my daughter and I both depend on him. What should I do, and plz don't say get help from the goverment or whatever, cause I just flat out don't trust strangers with mine and my daughters life, especially ppl that work for agencies like that...that alwasy claim to help ppl...but don't. I've put in several job apps. but haven't got one job yet, what should I do???
