Gun help anyone? Hunting rifles?

ok im 13 95lbs 5'4 (dont hate) and i want to beginner hunt. I need a rifle thats not too expensive, but can take down deer easily while reserving venison. i dont care about the recoil, as long as it wontt dislocate my shoulder. and it needs to be able to mount a scope
