Does my guy friend fancy me?

have known this boy since secendary school and he knows I like him and we both go to seperate colleges now. We still keep in contact and stuff. I saw him today for the first time in ages and he was all like "ay ay ay ay ay" then he said "what are you doing" and then he said "what u doing going to the park in this cold weather" and then he kinda checked me out and then he looked into my eyes and then at my lips and then back to my eyes again, was totally obvious lol. Then I had to go so he said cya later then. And then twenty minutes later he started speaking to me on blackberry messenger saying "Fancing seeing u aye lol" then I said "I know lol, I'm still walking back to hannahs house" then he said "what how come lol" then I said "We went to lidls and were walking really slow for some reason :L" then he said "Lol, I have to go down near urs soon" then I said "how come" then he said "to see my girlfriend and go to jakes" then I said " we need to meet up soon lol" then he said "yeah deffo! What just me and u?" Then I said "u can bring other people if you want" then he said " naa its alrite x" then I said "oh ok" then he put a big smiley face. So what does this mean? Does he care about me? Or does he fancy me?
